Originally a trained teacher with fifteen years’ experience, Ngaire then moved into Sales Management roles. Prior to starting Reid Research Services Limited in October, 1996, Ngaire worked for 10 years as National Field Manager for Heylen Research Centre and 18 months in the same role for the ACNielsen group of companies.
- She was Executive Secretary of the Market Research Society of New Zealand (Auckland branch) from 1985 to 1987.
- In 2006, Ngaire was made a Fellow of the Market Research Society of New Zealand, in recognition of her contribution to the industry.
I love the market research industry and bring that enthusiasm to both my staff and our clients. My real challenge has been to develop a company identity which my staff respect, our clients are attracted to and our competitors admire.

Sina Iupati
Data Processing Analyst
Sina has more than 15 years’ experience as a Data Processing Analyst. She manages the survey setup, ensuring all the survey skips and logic are correct before the survey goes live. She processes all the raw data from data validation to data analysis for reporting. Sina also manages the Reid Research Panel for specialised online recruitment projects.
