We use client databases or sample from our own panel for small consumer studies.

In 2007 Reid Research Services took over the running of our members Annual Fee Survey.  They tidied up the questionnaire to make it easier for our members to complete, and then they put in online.  They also offered a hard copy service to those who preferred/needed it, ensuring that we received the best possible results.
